All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation prior to dispatch. Once your order has been processed, it will be released for shipment.

U.S. & International Orders:
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please note that responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier once it has been shipped.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final and not eligible for return.
Exchanges may be approved for items that arrive damaged, remain unused, or if an error has occurred on our end. To request an exchange, please contact us at thebundleboxcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
All approved exchanges must be returned in their original, unused condition, with packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Pre-Orders:
All pre-order items are considered final sale. As these pieces are secured in advance, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Once your item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. A confirmation will also be sent once your replacement item has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
